We also receive purchase status and transaction identifiers from our payment provider. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by RoastIdea.

Product usage, device and browser information, referral data, language preferences, cookie consent, diagnostics, and security events may be collected when you use the service.

We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver AI startup advice, research and generate requested outputs, save conversations and reports, support one-time purchases, maintain security, respond to requests, diagnose failures, understand product usage, and improve the service.

The prompts, conversation context, uploaded materials, and research needed for a response may be processed by AI model and search providers that help RoastIdea deliver the requested analysis. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share.

Conversations and generated reports are private unless you choose to create a public share link. Anyone with that link may be able to view the shared content. Review the content before sharing and disable sharing when it is no longer needed.

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or payment obligations. Account deletion may remove conversations, saved context, reports, and account data, subject to necessary retention and backup periods.
